LGP Powersports is proud to not only sponsor the historic Colorado 500 ride but also participate as riders in this fun and challenging and invite-only event. Andres Escobar, Chris Hayes and three Team LGP rookies took part in the Colorado 500 that was started back in 1975 and were honored to ride in the longest running motorcycle charity invitational event in the country.
As a sponsor and participant in the 46th annual Colorado 500, LGP Powersports is pleased to be able to help schools, youth organizations, humanitarian agencies along with trail and forest agencies in the area. The Colorado 500 has raised over $115,000 so far this year for the following charities, schools and organizations. In addition, the Colorado 500 also provided eight college scholarships for local youth that this year totaled $72,000.

LGP Powersports Donations for the charity auction included the following:
The Colorado 500 was also the debut of the Lindeco Genuine Powersports 2023 Husqvarna FE450 project bike. The new project bike was incredible and features products from the following sponsors:
Escobar had the following comments about the FE450: “The Bullet Proof and P3 products protected the bike really well, the protection parts are all scratched/gouged up from the “Rocky Mountains” and the bike is perfect. It allowed me to attack obstacles knowing the bike was protected.
“The Rekluse Clutch plus the LHRB from OX transformed the bike into an extension of my body. The levels of precision control I had in steep uphills/steep downhills and brake control on tight steep switchbacks was phenomenal!
“The confidence I had to tackle some of the obstacles was on another level from me riding similar trails just a few weeks ago on the same bike without the protection, clutch or LHRB.”
The LGP Powersports project Husqvarna FE450 also features:
Also a big thank you to KLIM Latin America and KLIM USA for outfitting the LGP team with KLIM gear.
